Year 8 Ecology Fieldtrip to Nower Wood

On Tuesday 6th October, the Year 8 boys thoroughly enjoyed their day trip to Nower Wood – an educational nature reserve near Leatherhead. This was a fantastic opportunity for them to put into practice their knowledge of Ecology including food chains, adaptation, classification, and biodiversity. They were tasked with estimating the population of terrestrial and aquatic species. The boys took part in every activity and answered all questions brilliantly, as well as asking very pertinent ones. Even the rain kindly kept off!
