Last Friday the boys in Year 2 got a visit from the police, luckily it was not for being in trouble!
PC Dave Evans spoke to the boys about stranger danger in real life as well as virtually. I was impressed with how many of them already knew how to act if someone did try to speak to them when they were online. Whilst many of them did know how to act if a stranger contacted them via a game, please may I ask that parents check the age of games they are playing as there were quite a few 12s when PC Evans asked what they were playing.
The boys all listened carefully and enjoyed asking him questions at the end. And if you are interested, the fastest he has ever driven in a police car is 140mph!!
