The U8 Hurricanes performed brilliantly at the KCS Centenary Football Competition. They were unbeaten in the group stage, only conceding once. They then had two exciting penalty shootout wins in the quarter and semi-finals. The final was a cagey affair with both teams playing well. Rokeby managed to edge it with a narrow 1-0 win.
