During Trips Week, Year 4 went for an overnight camping trip to RSG. For some boys, it was the first time they had spent a night away without their parents but all the boys were excited and had a fabulous time. The first challenge was to pitch their own tents and raise the camp flag designed by the boys. The theme for the camp was collaboration and the boys worked together brilliantly. The only disappointment was that thunder, lightning and torrential rain through the night meant the boys had to move their sleeping bags to the pavilion but the boys coped with it with good spirit and it all added to the big adventure!
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the trip, especially the boys. We suspect that they slept very well on Tuesday night!
