It was a double whammy for Year 3 on Friday, celebrating Aztec Day as well as Moody Charity Day! We were lucky to have an extra special visitor come to Rokeby, Ian from Mexicolore, who shared his passion for the Aztecs and their culture with us. The boys were able to see a range of Aztec artefacts up close, learn a huge number of interesting facts and perform exciting chants.
In addition to this, they completed a range of activities in class including a beautiful art project. Congratulations to the whole year group for their impeccable behaviour and listening skills. We hope you enjoyed this day to bring our Aztecs topic to a close.
