Adam wins a first prize in 6th International Art and Literature Competition

We are pleased to inform you that Adam has won First Place in the 6th International Children’s Literature and Art Competition (in the ART category). The competition was organised by The Russian Heritage In the UK Society with the support of the Russian Embassy. The age of entrants varied from 6-19 and works were submitted from all over the UK, Ireland, Russia and Belarus with over 100 entries.

The theme this year was “The role of Russian abstract art in its contribution to 20th century world art”. Adam provided his impression of music that he has heard in the Kandinsky style.
The prize and certificate was awarded to him by Duke Lobanov-Rostovsky (who is a notable art-collector/critic and a fellow of the Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York).
