Pre-prep
Rokeby Pre-prep
The Pre-Prep is for boys aged 4 to 7 and encourages boys to become independent and creative thinkers. There are 22 boys in each class, with 2 classes per year group. Each class has a full time teacher and assistant. The boys start full days from the beginning, apart from Friday afternoons, when they go home at 12.00 for the first six weeks. The school day runs from 8.40am to 3pm.
Curriculum
The curriculum incorporates activities which promote and enhance learning and personal growth, focusing on the individual child. It follows the National Curriculum guidelines and is linked to the Main School. Attainment is expected to be above the national levels.
The curriculum incorporates academic, artistic, physical education and musical aspects. The boys develop key learning skills such as listening, speaking, concentration and working together. Each boy is encouraged to reach his full potential through a variety of teaching and learning styles.

These clubs take place after school and are run by the teachers in the Pre-Prep.
Sports Fixtures
The boys in Year 1 and Year 2 get the opportunity to play football and cricket fixtures against other schools, as well as inter-house competitions.
